William "Bill" D. Galbreath

William "Bill" Deneen Galbreath, 91, passed away December 30, 2025 at Bria of Godfrey.

Born December 24, 1934 in Centralia, IL, he was the son of William Robert and Mattie (Wert) Galbreath.

A U.S. Army veteran, Bill had been a sales associate at Wood River WalMart for several years before retiring.

He is survived by two sons, James D. Galbreth and Timothy A. Galbreath; two daughters, Mary Henderson and Teresa Lynn Green; four sisteres, Donna (Bill) Toner, Elaine Galbreath, Merrill (Jerry) Fromme, Paula (Willis) Duguid.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Steven Galbreath, William "Tony" Gilbreath; a daughter, Dana Galbreath; and two sisters, Nancy Kline and Martha Hammond.

Cremation rites were accorded.

Interment will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
