Trevor Leo Emerson

Trevor Leo Emerson, 45, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Alton Memorial Hospital.

Born September 13, 1980 in Springfield, IL, he was the son of Margaret " Maggie" (McClerren) Emerson of Waverly, IL and the late Dale Leo Emerson.

He had been a benefits advocate for Aetna Insurance. Trevor enjoyed watching football, especially the Green Bay Packers. as well as going to the shooting range.

He married Christina Shelley who survives.

Surviving also are two sons, Trenton and Colton Emerson both of Wood River; and a brother, Brian (Kathleen) Emerson of Florissant, MO.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother in infancy, Matthew.

Cremation rites were accorded.

A Celebration of Life memorial visitation will be held from 2 pm until time of service at 3 pm, Saturday, December 27 at Marks Mortuary.
