Todd Andrew Bechel

Todd Andrew Bechel, 63, passed away August 20, 2025 at his home.

Born June 13,1962 in Alton, he was the son of Lawrence Martin and Dolores (Curry) Bechel.

He had been employed as an operator for Olin Corporation 25 years.

On January 14, 2010 in Edwardsville, he married Bobbie Haven.  She survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are, two sons, Ty (Taylor) Bechel of Alton, Brian Hersman of East Alton; step-son, Brandon Haven in Tennessee; daughter, Kaitlyn Bechel of Wood River; step-daughter, Heather Wells of Hartford; 10 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; a great grandchild; four brothers, Larry Bechel of Wood River, Tony (Cindy) Bechel of New Orleans, LA, Allen Bechel in North Carolina, Aaron (Pam) Bechel of Bunker Hill; and two sisters, Denise (Raju) Toloani in North Carolina, and Pam Bechel of Kane.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Ronnie Bechel.

Cremation rites were accorded.
