Terry Lynne Laws, 60, passed away October 4, 2025 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Born December 16, 1964 in Alton, she was the daughter of Otto Donan and Ruth Ann (Eckhardt) Laws.
She is survived by a sister, Teresa McGuiggan of Wood River.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a step-brother, Norman Eckhardt.
No services have been scheduled.
Cremation rites were accorded.
