Stoney Lewis Collman

Stoney Lewis Collman, 63, passed away unexpectedly, May 8, 2026 at his residence.

Born February 13, 1963 in Wood River. he was the son of Edward Lewis Collman, Jr. and Jessica Louise (Davis) Collman.

Stoney was employed with Luehrs' Ideal Rides of Collinsville for many years.

On August 22, 2008 he married Dava Swango. She survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Kyle Moran of Wood River, Daniel Collman of Springfield, Lucas Collman in Montana,Daniel Campbell in Florida, Jimmie Campbell and Douglas Campbell both in Indiana; daughters, Amber Collman of Caseyville, and Misty Collman in Missouri; several grandchildren; brothers, Edward "Butch" Collman in Indiana, Danny (Katrina) Collman of Holiday Shores; and sister, Tyna (John) Wagner of Roxana.

He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Joan; son, Cody Moran; brother, Jon Collman; and sisters, Diana Ross and Tina Collman.

Graveside service and burial will be held 11 am, Tuesday, May 19 in Upper Alton Cemetery..
