Shirley June (McCoy) Maynard

Shirley June Maynard, 78, passed away June 25, 2025 at Jerseyville Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Born December 19, 1946 in Alton, she was the daughter of Clarence and Dorothy (Shirley) McCoy.

Shirley had worked as a private duty Certified Nursing Assistant  in the Home Healthcare field for over 30 years before retiring in 2011.

She married Robert Maynard who preceded her in death.

Surviving are a son, John Sauls of Brighton; two daughters, Kimberly (Scott) Fox of Brighton, Kelly (Dave) Ulrich of Jerseyville; five grandchildren;and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Vera Anthony.

Cremation rites were accorded.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
