Sharon Elaine (Greer) Kottkamp

Sharon Elaine Kottkamp, 79, passed away December 26, 2025 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born June 13, 1946 in Alton, she was the daughter of Paul and Helen M. (Bowman) Greer.

She had been employed as an assembler for the Ford Motor Company in Hazelwood, MO before retiring.

She married George Kottkamp on April 1, 1983 in St. Louis. He died March 4, 2015.

Surviving are a sons, Matthew Hamilton, Andrew Kottkamp; step-sons, Craig Kottkamp, Ronald Kottkamp, and Christopher Kottkamp; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Paul W. Greer, Ray C. Greer; and two sisters, Regina Smith, and Paula Mitchell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters, Virginia "Ginger" Chumley, Cathy Miller, Judy Dobins, and Eleanor Pohlman.

Visitation will be from 10 am until time of service at 11 am, Friday,January 2 at Christway Church in Godfrey. Pastor Steve Pace will officiate.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Florissant, MO.
