Ryan Michael Baker

Ryan Michael Baker, 54, passed away July 11, 2025 at his daughter's residence.

Born April 30, 1971 in Wood River, he was the son of Richard Baker of Wood River and the late Virginia "Gina" (Stilley) Baker.

He had worked as a multi-media Analyst for St. Louis University for 17 years.

Surviving in addition to his father are a daughter, Casey (Lucas) Hartley of South Roxana; three grandchildren, Austin Elliott, Anthony Hartley, and Makenna Hartley; brother, Richard Baker of Wood River; and sister, Rona (Gary) Swart of Austin, TX.

Visitation will be from 3-6 pm, Thursday, July 17 at Marks Mortuary.

Cremation rites will follow the visitation time.

Interment will be in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.

Memorials are suggested to Alton 5 A's Animal Shelter.
