Robert "Bobby" Wayne Liley

Robert “Bobby” Wayne Liley, Jr born August 3, 1971, passed away January 26, 2026 leaving behind a family and circle of friends who loved him deeply.

Bobby is survived by his son, Adam Liley; Father, Robert Wayne Liley, Sr; three sisters, Kathy, Jill and Kayla Noel; nephews Patrick Greenwell, Abel Noel, Thomas Barrett and other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Shona Marie Noel, and his grandparents.

Bobby loved the simple joys in life—fishing, cooking, and spending time doing what made him happy. He also enjoyed playing guitar, and his love for music lives on through the one thing he held especially close: his beloved guitar, “Louann,” which he leaves behind to his son, Adam.

Known for his great sense of humor, Bobby could make people laugh and bring light into a room. While he was often misunderstood, those who truly knew him understood his heart—a kind soul who cared deeply and always looked out for his friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date with close friends and family.
