Robert "Bob" J. Miller

Robert "Bob" J. Miller, 66, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 at Alton Memorial Hospital.

Born March 4, 1958 in Alton, he was the son of Urias Miller of Wood River and the late Stella (Roberts) Miller.

He retired from the street department for the City of Wood River and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving in addition to his father are four brothers, Terry (Jean) Miller of Godfrey, Billy Miller of Hartford, Steve (Liz) Miller of Alton, and Rodney Miller (his, fiance', Theresa) of Rosewood Heights; niece, Kaitlyn; nepew, Karson; and great niece, Kelsie.

He was preceded in death by his mother; brother, Randy Miller; and sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Joe Strack.

Cremation rites were accorded.
