Rhonda Sue Cahero, 70, passed away at her home on June 3, 2024, with her husband by her side.
Rhonni was born in Wood River on September 23, 1953 to Charles (Carol) and Frances Tweedy.
She graduated from East Alton-Wood River High School in 1971, and from St. Louis School of Pharmacy in 1976 as an R. Ph. She moved to Moberly in 2001 and accepted a position at the Wal-Mart Pharmacy, she later went to work at Sam's Pharmacy and completed her lifelong pharmacy career at the LaPlata Pharmacy.
On September 16, 2007, she walked a marathon to raise money for the St. Louis Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Rhonni had one of the most kind and generous souls and would help anyone in need. Her family and friends will always remember her kind and loving nature. Some of her interests were flowers, plants and birds, however, more recently she took up Lego building and was always an avid reader.
She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Tweedy and the woman who stepped in to raise and love her as her own, Carol Tweedy; and also lost her biological mother at a very young age, Frances (Peck) Tweedy.
Rhonni is survived by her husband, Clyde Cachero of Moberly; "hannai" daughters, Dawn Hahn and Beth Geren; three siblings, Scott (LeeAnn) Tweedy, Tim (Cindy) Tweedy, Teresa Tweedy; five nieces, Lauren (Brad) Read, Brooke (Michelle) Tweedy, Ashley (Kelsey) Tweedy, Addison (Hannah) Tweedy, Amie Meyer and three children; two great nieces, Grace and Charlie; aunt, Dolores Kessler; cousins, Becky (Dave) Russo, Debby (Paul) Roberts, various additional cousins; extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the St. Louis School of Pharmacy, 1 Pharmacy Place, St. Louis, MO 63110, or plant a Dogwood tree in honor of Rhonda Sue (Tweedy) Cachero.
The family asks that everyone please dress casually or in Aloha attire as this is how Rhonni would love to see everyone.
A visitation will be held from 1-2 pm, Wednesday, June 12 at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel , 411 Union Ave, Moberly, MO 65270, followed by a memorial service beginning at 2 pm.
