Rebecca Leone (Radke) Bodenstab

Rebecca Leone Bodenstab, 75, went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, MO. Born February 4, 1949 in Hutchinson, MN, she was the daughter of Gordon Bohlman and Virginia Grace (Rieder) Radke. Rebecca had worked as a financial advisor. Surviving are three daughters, Amy Bodenstab of Edwardsville, Abigail (James) Gauen of Bethalto, Virginia (Rev. Bill) Voelker of Columbus, NE; seven grandchildren, Bill Voelker, Gidean Voelker, Aurora Herbert, Samuel Janssen, Matthias Gauen, Titus Gauen, and Ezekiel Gauen; brother, Ross Radke of Paxton, IL; sister, Jill Jamison of Winter Haven, FL; and sister-in-law, Hildy Radke. She was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Dan Bodenstab; grandson, Steven Janssen; and brother, Jeff Radke. Visitation will be from 9 am until time of service at 10 am, Saturday, August 31 at Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto. Pastor Brandon Metcalf will officiate. Memorials are suggested to L.W.M.L. at Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto. Marks Mortuary in Wood River entrusted with arrangements.
