Paula Jo Crane, 71, passed away July 12, 2025 at Jerseyville Manor.
Born March 22, 1954 in Wood River, she was the daughter of Joseph and Berneda (Cox) Ragusa.
She had been employed as a bartender for B&R Tavern in East Alton.
Surviving are a daughter, Toni (Jim) Carlisle of Elsah; five grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Mike Ragusa and Gary Cox.
Cremation rites were accorded.
