Nora Ann Wamsley, 80, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Robings Manor in Brighton.
Born October 16, 1943 in Carlinville, she was the daughter of Bernard and Iva (Johnston) Gunning.
She had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 50 years.
She married John Wamsley, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Kip Dugger of Cottage Hills; daughter, Kimberly Murphy of Litchfield; five grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and three brothers, Bill Gunning, Mike Gunning,and Kenny Gunning all of Carlinville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a brother, Jim Gunning.
Cremation rites were accorded and no services have been scheduled at this time.
