Nina Jean (Hufford) Ritchey

Nina Jean Ritchey, 95, passed away March 17, 2025 at Liberty Village in Maryville.

Born June 11, 1929 in Nelson, MO, she was the daughter of Stephen M. and Alpha (McCorkle) Hufford.

She had been a sales associate for K-Mart for 10 years before retiring.

On April 30, 1955 in Wilburn, KS, she married Albert Lee Ritchey. He died in 2017..

Surviving are two daughters, Rita (Charles) Wilson and Karen (Richard) Williams all of South Roxana; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, Nova "Jack" Hufford, Steve Hufford; two sisters, Vivalene Tucker and Gloria Hufford; and a great grandchild.

Private burial was held in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.

Memorials are suggested to 1st Assembly of God Church in South Roxana where she had been a member.
