Michael Curtis Ingold, 63, passed away December 17, 2025 at his residence.
Born June14, 1962 in Alton, he was the son of Calvin L. and Rosalee (Walford) Ingold.
A. U.S. Navy veteran for 12 years, he was a machine operator for the Olin Corporation for 26 years before retiring in January of 2021.
He married Emelinda Chavez on May 2, 2009. She survives.
Surviving also are a son, Allen Ingold of Alton; daughter, Ashley Ingold of Alton; two brothers, David Ingold and Steve Ingold both of East Alton; and two sisters, Jennifer (Kenny) Meyenburg and Linda (John) Welte all of Alton.
Visitation will be from10 am until time of service at 11 am, Tuesday, December 23 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River. Bishop Larry Jones will officiate.
Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Hope Animal Rescue.
