Marla Kay Hazen, 67, passed away January 14, 2025 at OSF St. Anthony's Health Center in Alton.
Born June 7, 1957 in Alton, she was the daughter of Richard and Maxine (Haynes) Hazen.
She married Robert Echols on February 4, 1993 in Edwardsville. He preceded in death.
Surviving are a son, Christopher Echols of Alton; daughter, Melissa (Terry) Cope of Alton; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and three sisters, Mary Ann Herder of Jerseyville, Ramona Goodnight in Arkansas, and Debbie McClintock of White Hall.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Clint Douglas Echols.
Cremation rites were accorded.
