Mark Eric Floyd

Mark Eric Floyd, 62, passed away unexpectedly, December 17, 2024 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.

Born August 21, 1962 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of Eugene and Mable Fern (Skiles) Floyd.

A U.S. Navy veteran, he was employed as an electrician for Metro-East Industries in East St. Louis for the past 17 years.

Surviving are two sons, Brian (Lori) Liles in Indiana, Chris Liles of Alton; a daughter, Sara Floyd of Edwardsville; 10 grandchildren, Mya, Aiden, Noah, Lillian, Colton, Thearin, Austin, Gregory, Brayden, and Brilye; three brothers, Gary (Bonnie) Floyd in Pennsylvania, Mike (Sharon) Floyd, Stan (Rhonda) Floyd all in Texas; sister, Deb Jackson in Alton; brother-in-law, Steve Jackson; sister-in-law, Bridgit Floyd in Pennsylvania; and several, loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ken Floyd; uncle, Joe Jackson; and niece, Kayte Jackson.

Cremation rites were accorded.
