Larry Lee Herrin, Sr

Larry Lee Herrin, Sr., 72, passed away June 23, 2025 at his residence.

Born December 20, 1952 in South Roxana, he was the son of Alva and Evelyn (Douglas) Herrin.

A U.S. Marine Corps, Vietnam veteran, he worked as a hod carrier for Laclede Steel before retiring.

On February 14, 2014 in Edwardsville, he married Julie Ann Davis. She survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons, Larry, Jr. (Renee) Herrin, Joshua (Sarah) Herrin, David Kilmer; two daughters, Betti Mae Herrin, Lindsey Ann Kilmer; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 am until time of service at 12 om, Monday, June 30 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Burial will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with military honors.
