Judith J. (Helm) Choat

Judith J. Choat, 85, passed away, April 14, 2024 at Prairie Village Nursing and Rehab in Jacksonville, IL.

Born September 14, 1938 in Alton, she was the daughter of Guy and Mildred (Camerer) Helm.

Judy had been employed as a clerical secretary for Colonial Bakery before retiring.

She is survived by a son, David Unterbrink of Edwardsville; two daughters, Jill Brown of Cantrall, IL, Emma Pinkerson of Granite City; eight grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Joyce Kane in Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two daughters, Sheri and Leigh Unterbrink.

Cremation rites were accorded.

Private interment will be in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
