Jerad Eugene Dabbs

Jerad Eugene Dabbs, 54, passed away February 15, 2025 at his home.

Born October 21, 1970 at Fort Bragg, NC, he was the son of Robert "Bob" Eugene and Sherrey Dabbs of Grafton and Janet (Osburn) and Terry Norris of Bethalto.

On October 18, 2019 in Edwardsville he married Alice Vargo. She survives.

Surviving also are a son, Jake Dabbs of Godfrey; step-daughters, Sarah Schafer of Litchfield, Katie Schafer of Chito, CA, Eva Speed of Clinton, IL, Miracle Speed of Germantown, IL; grandaughter, Bella Dabbs in Colorado; five step-grandchildren; two brothers, Greg Sanders of Pearland, TX, Roger Dabbs of Grafton; four sisters, Carrie Nolan of High Ridge, MO, Ann Marie Dabbs, Ellie Dabbs, and Phoebe Dabbs all of Grafton; sister-in-law, Sarah Vargo, brother-in-law, John Vargo, Jr. and their families all of Litchfield.

Three step-grandchildren preceded in death.

Cremation rites were accorded.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
