Jane Agnes LaTempt, 86, passed away February 4, 2025 in DuPage County Care Center in Wheaton, IL.

Born June 26, 1938 in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Louis and Marcella (Roth) Kotva.

Jane worked in the financial and accounting departments for banks during her career. She enjoyed traveling, cooking and reading.

She married Virgil L. LaTempt in Edwardsville. He survives.

Surviving also are a brother, Louis  Kotva of Glen Carbon; and a niece, Simone in Sweden.

Visitation will be from 9 am until time of service at 11 am, Friday, February 14 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Edwardsville.
