Born April 22, 1969 in Gary, IN, he was the son of Paul and Linda (Dolman) Collins of St. Charles, MO.
He had been employed in the Dietary Department at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are his parents; and a dear friend, Patricia A. Eftimoff of Alton.
Cremation rites were accorded.
