Carol K. (Kuhn) Greear

Carol K. Greear, 74, passed away May 4, 2026 at LaBella of Alton.

Born May 11, 1951 in Highland, she was the daughter of Dennis Dwayne, Sr. and Roslia C. (Markel) Kuhn.

She had worked as a waitress at Geno's 140 Club in Bethalto the later became an insturctor at LaPetite Academy Pre-School.

She is survived by a son, Michael L. Greear of Alton; daughter, Michelle (Ralph) Wideman of Roxana; three grandchildren, Emily (Jordan) Harvey, Katelynn Wideman, Lane Wideman; a great granddaughter, Hailie Harvey; nieces and nephews, Kathy Blotevogel, Joe Brandt, James Brandt, Lisa Kuhn, Tammy Kuhn, Darren Kuhn and Dennis Kuhn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dennis D. Kuhn, Jr,; and sister, Mary Ann Brandt.

Cremation rites were accorded.
