Allen Lawrence Pierson

Allen Lawrence Pierson, 53, passed away February 9, 2024 at his residence.

Born February 28, 1970 in Alton, he was the son of Beverly (Generally) Walker of Lebanon and Allen E. Pierson of Alton.

A U.S. Army veteran, he led the motto, "Once a Soldier, Always a Soldier" in his life. He worked as an aide at the Missouri VA Home and had been a volunteer with the Salvation Army.

He is survived by his mother Beverly and step-father, Charles Walker of Lebanon; father and step-mother, Allen E. and Mary Pierson of Alton; two sons, Darian Pierson, Isaac Pierson; three daughters, Allieanna Pierson, Taylor Pierson, Avery Pierson; five grandchildren; sister, Carla Renee' Walker of Lebanon; long time friend and companion, Kyranett Pinn of Alton; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by a son, Austin Pierson.

Visitation will be from 11 am until time of service at 12 pm, Wednesday, February 14 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.

Burial will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full military honors.
